The development
consists of 3 individual blocks - The Milano,
10-storey block facing Swanston Street, The
Prague, 6-storey block perpendicular to The Milano, and The Vienna,
a 3-storey block, all sitting on 4 levels of basement.
There are 244 car park lots served by 3 passenger lifts.
Club Uropa
Located in The Prague building, Club Uropa is a
purpose-designed on-site function facility for the
exclusive use of Apartments Uropa residents. Comprising
a spacious and open plan layout, the room will be the
ideal place to have private function outside a
resident's apartment. Essentially an apartment without
bedrooms, it will feature a kitchen, separate mail and
female toilets, a private north facing terrace, stylish
furniture and a sound system. Club Uropa will be
maintained and controlled via the on-site management
office. It will be a free of charge facility apart from
cleaning and any catering that would be arranged by the
user.
Barbeque Area
As one of the major design intentions of Apartments
Uropa was that the gardens be a place for residents to
interact, relax and enjoy, a purpose-designed common
barbeque area has been created. A pergola and seating
area is built to incorporated the barbeque area which
residents are encouraged to use.
