Croydon, London’s largest borough, is set to be transformed with £3.5 billion of investment planned over the next 10 years.
Just some of the major developments include:
- Extensive tram system linking both the city centre and wider borough
- Croydon Gateway next to East Croydon station, will include 12,500 seat arena, 50,000 sqm of office space, shops, restaurants, fitness centre and covered plaza walkway to the town centre.
