Cathedral Junction offers two
single room suites, three
1-bedroom apartments, twelve 2-bedroom apartments and 35
"twin key" fully-furnished self catering
apartments. Essentially individual fully-furnished 1-bedroom units available together with fully-furnished room
suites, the twin key/dual occupancy design affords maximum
flexibility to both owner and manager, thereby ensuring
optimum returns.
Management will be professionally undertaken by Quest
NZ Ltd.
Units are leased by Quest NZ Ltd directly from the owner
for an initial lease term of 10 years, with option of
renewal for further two terms of 5 years each.
Cathedral Junction offers an
initial net rental guarantee of 8% on purchase price
in the first two years, with rental reviews to
prevailing market rates every two years. A minimum
rental guarantee of 7% per annum is also given over the
10+10-year lease term. The lease provides continuity of income and a
worry free investment.
Owners are also given the flexibility to suspend
the lease to Quest NZ Ltd and live in their unit
temporarily or indefinitely.
