Cathedral Junction
offers one of the most unique architectural designs that
New Zealand has seen. With the famous City Tram passing
through the picturesque glass atrium and floor created
with New Zealand natural serpentine/Greenstone.
Designed with the ideas of John
Britten strongly in mind,
Cathedral Junction reflects his belief in
creating everything by hand.
Many of the elements used in Cathedral Junction are
designed with a hand crafted feel, from the bronze CJ
logo to the bronze tuataras inlaid in stone to the
terracotta punga tiles. All this combined gives
Cathedral Junction a natural New Zealand feel.
