The Ministry's principal functions are to provide information,
advice and a service to resolve disputes between tenants and
landlords, and to administer residential tenancy bonds.

Services
Tenancy Services is a division of the Ministry of Housing. It
has twenty-one dispute resolution offices throughout the
country providing education, advice, Mediation and referrals
to the Tenancy Tribunal; and a Tenancy Services Centre for the
processing of all Tenancy Bonds. The site provides information
on tenancy, rental trends, taxation, tenancy agreements and
bonds, etc.
