Tertiary Institutions Service Centre
The Tertiary Institutions Service Centre (TISC) - processes undergraduate applications for admission to the University of Western Australia, Curtin, Edith Cowan & Murdoch Universities. TISC also conducts the Special Tertiary Admissions Test for mature-aged students and the West Australian Universities Foundation Program for overseas students.

West Australian Universities Foundation Program
Overseas students wishing to enter a Western Australian university can enrol in the Western Australian Universities Foundation Program (WAUFP). Curtin University of Technology
Curtin University of Technology is Western Australia’s largest university with over 31,000 students. The main campus is situated in Bentley, six kilometres south of the centre of Perth, Western Australia’s capital city. A multi-campus institution with four teaching divisions -- the Curtin Business School; the Division of Humanities; the Division of Engineering and Science; and the Division of Health Sciences, Curtin has a presence outside the Perth through its Kalgoorlie camps (incorporating the Western Australian School of Mines), and the Muresk Institute of Agriculture, and a campus in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Edith Cowan University
With some 20,000 students enrolled in over 160 courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Edith Cowan University (ECU) is one of the largest universities in Australia. ECU has faculties in Business & Public Management, Communications, Health & Science, Community Services, Education & Social Sciences. The WA Academy of Performing Arts is part of ECU, as is the university's South West Campus at Bunbury.

University of Western Australia
The University of Western Australia (UWA) is the State's longest established tertiary education institution. UWA has faculties of Agriculture; Arts; Economics & Commerce, Education and Law; Engineering and Mathematical Sciences; Medicine and Dentistry; and Science.

Western Australian School of Mines
The Western Australian School of Mines was established in 1902 and continues to service the education needs of the mining industry today. It is now part of Curtin University of Technology and is based at Kalgoorlie. The School offers relevant undergraduate and post-graduate courses in five study areas: Mine Surveying, Mineral Economics, Minerals Engineering and Extractive Metallurgy, Mining Engineering and Mining Geology.
