Telephone, Facsimile & Modem Points
All apartments are to be provide with 1 telephone point and 1 data point to the living area and 1 telephone point to all bedrooms and studies. Where a study is provided within an apartment 1 data point will be provided in the study rather than in the living area.

TV Point
A TV point is to be provided in the living area and main bedroom.

Cable TV
A TV point for pay TV is to be provided in the living area and main bedroom. It will be the responsibility of the body corporate to organise a service provider upon completion of the building.

Air-Conditioning (Heating & Cooling)
Air-conditioning is not provided. Electric wall heating heaters will be provided to bedrooms and living rooms. The electricity supply will be provided with spare capacity to accommodate future installation of single phase split-type air-conditioning units.

Seasons Apartments

Hot Water
To be provided via individual hot water systems to each apartment.

Walls Between Apartments
Dividing walls between apartments will generally be constructed with reinforced concrete panels and lined both sides with flush jointed plasterboards or lightweight wall construction. The walls shall meet all acoustic, thermal and fire requirements per the Building Code of Australia.

Walls Within Apartments
All internal apartment walls will be stud framed with flush plasterboard linings on both sides with a paint finish, with water-resistant linings in wet areas.

Apartment Ceiling
Flush jointed plasterboard with a paint finish. Ceiling heights will be maximised with services contained within bulkheads.
