Building Structure and Cladding Systems
External walls shall be reinforced concrete panels with
an
integrated colour finish.
Windows
All external aluminium window and doorframes shall be
finished in powdercoated or anodised aluminium.
Generally glazing frames shall be full height with
sliding doors giving access to balconies and glazing
shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian
Standards.
Balcony and Terrace Areas
Balcony and terrace areas will be tiled.
Balustrades
Balustrades will either be clear toughened glass to the
top of concrete spandrel panels and/or
concrete panel upstand with aluminium frame with glazing
insert.
