Security
Security features include an audio intercom security
system at main entry connected back to each apartment.
Main building entry doors and all car park stair doors
and lift lobby doors will be operable via a programmable
swipe card security system. In addition, a master key
system will allow individual occupiers to access all
common facility doors.
Car park security/access doors can be individually
operated with a proximity sensor and reader.
Exhaust System
All bathrooms, toilet areas and laundries will be
mechanically exhausted.
Rubbish Chute
A fully integrated rubbish chute system is to be
provided to the full height of the building. The chute
system is to be installed with fully sealed and fire
rated access hatches serving each floor. Discharge will
be at ground floor and into mobile bins.
