Soho's location is sheer convenience
Wellington is a beautiful harbor city centred on a vibrant business district and surrounded by the hills of Wellington’s Town Belt. From the city centre it is only a quick drive to mountains, open countryside and rugged coastlines. As well as being the seat of government, Wellington is know as New Zealand’s arts and Culture headquarters.
On the night time entertainment menu are professional theatres, hip bars and clubs, and the Country’s best live music scene.
Easy access to Victoria University and Massey University. The inner city is compact and cosmopolitan with boutique stores, cafes and restaurants. There are more restaurants, bars and cafes per head than New York with over 300 eateries.
Nearly all of 460,000 Wellington residents live within three kilometres of the coastline, and the city has 102 parks and playgrounds.
For the past two years running Wellington has been awarded the 12th best location in the world in which to live by Mercer’s Quality of Living Survey. It has also gained recognition as a popular travel destination from numerous tourism surveys.
