Solid core flush paint grade with commercial standard hard ware and lever furniture, satin chrome finish. Key lock access to suites. Interconnecting door between suites as per plan.

Floor finishes
48 ounce 100% wool carpet to suites, corridor and public areas including restaurant. Tiled bathroom floors, ceramic non slip over waterproof membrane to falls. First quality vitrified ceramics title to ground floor reception and public toilets. Timber block flooring to bar and restaurant, border with carpet insert to restaurant.

Bathrooms
Vitreous china whiteware, semi recessed wash basin in special effects Formica vanity vanity type duct. White acrylic bath with shower over via quality two function slide shower set, single lever mixer controlled, spout and taps over bath. Hinged, glazed shower screen. Heated float glass mirror over vanity duct, full width. Chrome accessories, double toilet roll holder and robe hook, towel rack to head of bath.

Joinery
Construct wardrobe cabinet and desk top of custom wood incorporating tea making facility and fridge. All fronts (exposed surfaces) to be timber veneered with prefinished carcase and interior. Flush overlay type hinges to cabinet doors, satin chrome furniture.
