BUILDING

Structure:
Timber frame and associated shear walls.

Floors:
Reinforced concrete to the ground floor.
Upper floors, timber framed.

External Walls:
Timber framed walls to be lined with Harditex, 9.5mm Gibraltar board and insulation batts.

Windows:
Powder coated aluminium with glazing.

180 litre electric mains pressure cylinder.
